About UsThe Cooperative Research Centre for Innovative Grain Food Products, known as Grain Foods CRC Ltd, was established in 2003 under the Commonwealth Government's Cooperative Research Centres Programme. The primary objective of Grain Foods CRC is to improve the quality and competitiveness of Australian grains and grain food products. Working with leading research and manufacturing organisations, Grain Foods CRC focuses on developing new and innovative products targeting cost, health, taste and convenience. The research and commercialisation projects the company invests in are supported by capabilities in grain genomics and applications science. The strength of these programs lies in their complementary nature and coverage.
