Our Structure

Grain Foods CRC is a company limited by guarantee. It was formed in September 2003 under the Australian Government’s Cooperative Research Centre Scheme with core participants representing entities along the grains industry value chain. The Commonwealth Government is scheduled to provide $24 million in grants to Grain Foods CRC over its seven-year term, with matched funding from core and supporting participants. All core participants are represented on the company's Board.
