American Association of Cereal Chemistry International (AACI) in Baltimore, Maryland USA on 13-16 September, 2009.  David Lind, CEO of Grain Foods CRC and Dr Agnelo Furtado, Genomics Program Coordinator based at Southern Cross University, are presenting at the AACCI conference on various aspects of the CRC's successful genomics program.

59th Australian Cereal Chemistry Conference 2009 in Wagga Wagga, Australia on September 27-30 2009.  Grain Foods CRC will be presenting posters on GrainData Online grain nutrient information service.

14th Australiasian Plant Breeding and 11th Society for the Advancement in Breeding Research in Asia and Oceania (SABRO) Congress 2009.  Grain Foods CRC Ltd was a bronze sponsor for the combined Australasian Plant Breeding Conference and Society for the Advancement in Breeding Research in Asia and Oceania Congress 2009.  The conference focused on the theme of Contemporary Crop Improvement: A Tropical View.  The CRC's Genomics Program Coordinator, Dr Agnelo Furtado gave a paper on 'Genomics for ceral grain quality improvement' highlighting the CRC's work on improving grain quality.
