Board of Directors

A Board of Directors governs Grain Foods CRC. The Board consists of representatives from core participants as well as independent directors. A majority of the directors represent companies whose main business activities are of a commercial rather than a research nature. The Audit & Compliance Committee (ACC) meets several times a year to ensure compliance with the principles of good corporate governance and maintenance of auditing and legal requirements.
